The Registrar's office is headed by the registrar who is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University.She is responsible to the Vice-chancellor for the -to-day administration work-flow in the University.The Registrar is also the Secretary to the Governing council, Senate, Congrgation and Convocation.She sits in advisory capacity at all committee's and Senate as well as other administrative committees.

the registar's Office acts as the clearing house of all mails, enquiries, correspondences and general supervision of the Registry.
