A drive through Lagos
A drive through Lagos Island , Victoria Island and Lekki peninsula areas of Lagos with stopovers at the National Museum , Mayegun Art Market and NCF Conservation Centre promises an exciting sightseeing and shopping trip.

Lagos Shopping Tour
Half-day shopping trip to Lagos markets. Visit street markets along Tinubu and Balogun with interesting variety of domestic and imported products, the ultra modern Palms shopping mall and popular curio shops on Lekki peninsula offering variety of souvenirs. Tour ends at the national museum to obtain export permit for craft items purchased. If you need a dress made, arrangements will be made to visit a tailor's shop. Allow at least two days for dress making.

Abeokuta: 'City Under The Rock'
Abeokuta is famous for historical 'Olumo Rock', a fortress of the Egbas during the Yoruba civil wars of the early 1800s. It is the landmark from which the city derived its name. A live shrine and dwelling caves are preserved and a climb or elevator ride to the peak is rewarded with a panoramic view of the city. Visit Itoku market home of Adire tie- dye fabrics for which the city is known, Ake palace, home of the traditional Oba (King), the Alake of Egba land, Ijaye Pottery market offering variety of pots and souvenirs. Located about 60 miles from Lagos , it is ideal for a day or overnight trip. When spending the night, accommodation is available at city hotels offering comfortable rooms and dining facilities.

Badagry
A slave trading port during the infamous trans-Atlantic slave trade era and first mission post during the advent of Christian missionaries in Nigeria, Badagry is located along the Atlantic coast about 2 hour's drive west of Lagos at the Benin republic border. Visit old slave port and market square, slave trade museum and relics, Seriki Abbas compound (slave Baracoons), Gberefu beach (slave embarkation point), first storey building in Nigeria , Zangbeto shrine, etc. Exotic Badagry beach offers white sandy beach with swimming and relaxation. The Whispering Palms (3*) at Iworo offers facility for water sports and overnight accommodation.
