It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) website which serves as an online information resource environment for the Directorate.

Our desire is that ITSS website shall continue to serve as a platform to disseminate information on its various activities.
Our commitment to our mission statement shall be realised through the following:
Providing a user friendly required for an intensive use of information and communication technology facilities in NOUN
Maintenance of both hardware and software infrastructure in the University;

Providing ICT Support Services to the various units of the university
Collaborate with both local and international vendors for ICT installation and deployments
Provision of in-house software application development and utilization.
Provision of software application training for staff in the university community
Provision of ID Card for Staff and Students and support other access controls system in the university
Deployment of E-Learning and Virtual Library Facilities to NOUN Students at the various study centres/Home
Providing other core IT support for various Schools, Directorates and Units in the university; and
Over the University’s vendor in the management and utilization of the web site.
